Welcome to MakeX ("MakeX", "we", "our", or "us"). MakeX is an AI-powered application that enables users to upload images or videos, input text prompts, and generate AI-processed creative content such as videos and other outputs.
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, process, and safeguard your information when you use MakeX through the Apple App Store.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
MakeX requires user authentication to access core AI features.
Users may log in using:
Apple Sign-In
Guest mode (temporary account session)
When signing in with Apple, we may receive:
A unique Apple user identifier
Name (if provided)
Email relay address (if provided)
This information is used solely for authentication and account management.
We collect information necessary to operate and secure the App.
You may provide:
Uploaded Content (photos, images, videos)
Text Inputs (prompts and instructions)
Support Communications
Uploaded content may contain human faces.
If uploaded media contains faces, MakeX may process facial feature information to generate the requested AI output.
“Face Data” refers solely to visual characteristics of facial features within uploaded media.
Face Data is used only to complete the specific AI transformation requested by the user.
We do not:
Perform facial recognition
Identify real-world individuals
Authenticate identity using biometric identifiers
Create biometric templates
Store persistent facial embeddings
Use Face Data for surveillance, tracking, or profiling
Face Data remains part of uploaded media and is deleted within three (3) days in accordance with our retention policy.
Face Data is never used to train, retrain, or improve AI models.
We may automatically collect:
Device model
Operating system version
Language and region
IP address
Device identifiers
Usage activity
Crash and diagnostic logs
Advertising Identifier (IDFA), subject to user consent
We use trusted third-party services to support infrastructure and analytics:
Amazon Web Services (AWS) – cloud hosting and storage
Firebase (Google LLC) – analytics and crash reporting
Singular – attribution and performance measurement
Meta (Facebook) Ads SDK – advertising attribution and campaign measurement
These services may collect device identifiers, IP address, usage metrics, and advertising interaction data.
User-uploaded AI content is not shared with analytics or advertising providers.
MakeX uses internally developed artificial intelligence systems operated exclusively by us.
We do not integrate with, transmit data to, or rely on any third-party AI service providers, including but not limited to:
OpenAI
Google AI
Stability AI
Midjourney
Any external AI inference API
All AI computations are performed on infrastructure owned and operated by us.
Uploaded content:
Is processed only in response to explicit user actions
Is not reviewed by humans
Is not used for advertising
Is not used to train or improve AI models
We use collected information to:
Provide AI image and video generation
Operate and maintain infrastructure
Verify subscriptions
Ensure performance and stability
Detect fraud and prevent abuse
Conduct analytics and attribution
Measure advertising effectiveness
Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information.
MakeX may use advertising and attribution technologies.
If we request access to Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), we do so only after obtaining your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
If permission is denied, IDFA will not be accessed.
Users may change tracking preferences at any time via iOS settings.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary.
Uploaded Content:
Photos, videos, and prompts are retained for no longer than three (3) days.
Content may be deleted sooner after processing completes.
Users may delete content earlier within the App.
Analytics and diagnostic logs may be retained longer in anonymized or aggregated form where necessary for security and performance.
By uploading content, you confirm that:
You have the necessary legal rights to use the content
You have obtained consent from identifiable individuals appearing in uploaded media
The content does not infringe privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to remove content that violates laws or our policies.
We do not sell personal information.
We may share limited information with:
Infrastructure providers
Analytics and attribution partners
Advertising partners (subject to consent)
Legal authorities when required
All partners are required to comply with applicable data protection laws.
Your data may be processed outside your country of residence.
We apply appropriate safeguards consistent with international data protection standards.
