Welcome to Cindy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cindy mobile application ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using Cindy, you confirm that:
You are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.
You are not under the age of 18.
You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
We do not permit use of the App by individuals under 18 years of age. Any accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended or removed.
You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully. You may not:
Use the App to upload, share, or request content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitative conduct of any kind.
Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse others.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or disruptive content.
Violate intellectual property rights or other legal rights of any party.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the app's systems.
We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these rules, and to report illegal activity to authorities when required.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any attempt to:
Exploit, harm, or groom minors.
Distribute or request sexually explicit material involving children.
Use the App for trafficking, abuse, or any criminal activity.
Any such behavior will result in immediate and permanent account termination, and will be reported to relevant child protection and law enforcement agencies.
Cindy may offer optional in-app purchases and subscription-based services. You agree to the following:
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store, and governed by their payment policies.
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds and billing issues are subject to Apple’s policies. We cannot directly process refunds.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if:
You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You engage in abusive, illegal, or harmful behavior.
We are required to do so by legal authorities.
Termination may result in loss of access to your content, subscriptions, or purchases, with no entitlement to a refund.
All content in the App, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and visuals, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Please review it carefully.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that:
The App will always function without interruptions or errors.
The content will be accurate or reliable.
The services will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Claims resulting from unauthorized access or use of the App.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or region, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or as otherwise required under applicable law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
